The 2022 edition of Glen Scotia's annual Seasonal Release is a 12-year-old unpeated spirit that has been matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before a final twelve month finish in Amontillado sherry casks. Natural colour and bottled at cask strength, it's a cracking dram and a fitting toast to the tight-knit Campbeltown community that the distillery celebrates.
Orange marmalade, salted caramel, and a hint of sandalwood as well as baking spices.
Toffee apples, apricot yogurt, ginger snaps, and creamy vanilla are joined by more coastal elements.
Creamy, nutty, and with drying spice.
Orange/toffee/caramel with a hint of Campbeltown funk . Cask strength , non chill filtered and natural colour . Get one while you can it's really really good
