A limited edition release from Glen Scotia in celebration of the Campbeltown Malts Festival 2018. This 10 year old single malt combines a fascinating peaty smokiness with intense sweetness coming from a finishing period in Port casks.
Coastal air, fresh summer berries, a touch of chocolate brownie.
Zesty citrus, raspberry, BBQ embers, oatcakes.
Strawberry and charcoal on the finish.

Just bought a bottle from the Royal Mile Whisky shop after being recommended this by the very knowledgeable assistant (American lady). Very nice and quite different from what I am used to. Very full on with a big fruity hit. Very long lasting and dry finish. Lovely. ?
Drank in Campbeltown, great taste, great value, what’s not to like
