    Glen Ord 9 Year Old 2011 (casks 313939, 313519 & 313524) - Small Batch (James Eadie)

Fabulous Highland single malt from the Glen Ord Distillery, independently bottled by James Eadie as part of its Small Batch series. Distilled in 2011, this was matured for nine years in ex-bourbon casks, before bottling in 2021. The bottle has a nice acorn illustration on the label, inspired by The Acorn pub, which was owned by James Eadie in the 1800s.

    Great Glen Ord Goodness!

Excellent bottling of Glen Ord. This is my favourite distillery and this expression is great. Citrus notes to the fore, compelling sweetness and lovely medium to long finish. Highly recommended.
