Glen Ord 11yo 2004 Bottling Note

An 11 year old single malt from the Glen Ord distillery, bottled by Douglas Laing. This was distilled back in September 2004 and left to mature until May 2016, when the Douglas Laing team declared this good enough to join their fabulous Provenance range!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Redcurrant, buttered bread, golden barley and a squeeze of bitter oranges.

Palate: Warm oak at first, with orange continuing from the nose. A drop of water brings out porridge and honey notes.

Finish: More citrus, and a little bit of earthy bonfire smoke.
