An experiment in balance, this Glen Moray is a blend of three casks – one refill sherry and two refill bourbon hogsheads – brought together in an IBC with more finesse than you’d think possible. A peaceful dram from Whiskyland’s quieter corners, full of aged Speyside charm.
Honey-roasted nuts, citrus peel, linseed oil, and dried pineapple.
Beeswax, old oak, lemon bonbons, and hints of tobacco and chamomile.
Apple tart, floral waxiness, and a final flutter of spice.
