Bourbon
An independent bottling of Glen Moray from A.D. Rattray. Distilled in 1998, it spent 17 years in a single ex-bourbon hogshead before 282 bottles were filled in 2016.
Cut herbs and barley. A little toffee, hints of prunes, stem ginger in syrup and cereals.
Creamy barley sweetness with custard apples and papaya. Tropical. Hints of hay.
Spiced, rum-like finish.
