This is a 17 year old "Strictly Limited" Glen Moray from Carn Mor. It was distilled in 1995 and aged in hogsheads before bottling in 2012. There are just 610 bottles from a pair of casks.
Porridge oats and hints of buttery toffee. Thick malt, a little citrus. Apple peel.
Fruity palate. Notes of lemon zest, barley malt and plum wine. Vanilla and gingerbread.
Herbal, peppery finish.
