A celebratory release from the Glen Moray Distillery, honouring the competition of Edinburgh Rugby's DAM Health Stadium. This expression was given 15 years of maturation entirely in sherry casks – a perfect way to celebrate an important moment in the rugby team's history!

Nose

Orange zest and dried fruit, with a pinch of peppercorn underneath.

Palate

Toasted marshmallow and chocolate, with some gingernut biscuit notes in the background.

Finish

Lingering touches of ginger and vanilla.
