Bourbon
An independently bottled Glen Moray here from Thompson Bros. It was aged in a single first-fill bourbon barrel for 15 years before it was bottled up at 52% ABV. The quite beautiful label artwork was contributed by American-born, Edinburgh resident Sara Willia.
Pear drops, honey, white pepper, gingerbread, and lemon peel.
Vanilla, brown sugar, wood spice, baked apple, and floral honey.
Citrusy and spicy.
