Distilled at Glen Moray in 2011, this 14-year-old Speyside single malt spent six years and 11 months finishing in a single ruby Port pipe. Cask 2351 was bottled by Alistair Walker at 56.9% ABV, producing 322 bottles.

Nose
Peach, blood orange, lime, dark chocolate-coated nuts, and ripe red fruit.
Palate
Thick buckwheat honey, muscovado sugar, figs, apricots, dark fruit, and assertive oak.
Finish
Dried fruit, dark sugar, chocolate, and drying Port tannins.
