Alistair Walker's Infrequent Flyers series presents this single cask 11-year-old Glen Moray Scotch whisky. The vintage 2011 expression was finished in a single hogshead (cask #2352) that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry before it was bottled in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration at a big 59.6% ABV.
Earthy vanilla, toasted brown sugar, figs, and oak char.
Marzipan, dark chocolate, dried fruit, and vanilla.
Long and rich.
