Single Malt
Scotland
Claxton's
1 Jan 2007

An indie bottling of Glen Moray, distilled over in Speyside in November 2007. The liquid was left in a single first fill barrel to mature for just over a decade, until it was 11 years old. Then, the wonderful Claxton's bottled the single malt for The Single Cask series, with 252 bottles released at 51.4% ABV.
Lemon tart and freshly cut grass, with a drizzle of caramel and candied orange.
Oily malt, ripe banana and vanilla cream, supported by roasted nuts, tinned pineapple and clove.
Toasty oak and a touch of milk chocolate on a dry finish.
