A single cask bottling (from The Single Cask, no less!) of Glen Moray's excellent whisky! This single malt was distilled back in November 2007 and left to mature for 11 years, before being independently bottled in April 2019, at a robust cask strength of 61.4% ABV. Only 208 bottles were produced.
Toasted marshmallow, pineapple chunks, a little drizzle of caramel.
A big kick of ginger and peppercorn, mellowed by buttery brioche and crisp pear.
Cookie dough, caraway, and a touch of oak.
