This single malt was distilled at Glen Moray on the banks of the River Lossie on 1 July 2008. Left to mature in a single bourbon hogshead, before bottling a portion was left to finish in a Pedro Ximénez sherry octave for three months. A second batch bottled by Hannah Whisky Merchants at 57.1% ABV, with an outturn of just 62 bottles for the Lady of the Glen series.
Overripe pear, apricot and lemon cream, with barley sugar and vanilla oak.
Banana foam sweeties, canteloupe melon, black tea and honeyed spices.
Drying oak lingers, with nectarine and floral honey.
