Bourbon
A youthful single cask bottling of Glen Moray's single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled for the Master of Malt Single Cask Series. This whisky was distilled in 2007 and left to mature in a single bourbon cask for 10 years, before we bottled it at cask strength in 2018.
Red apple, new leather, honey and a hint of grist.
Remember those marshmallow-filled ice cream cones? Yeah, those. Also more red apple and spicy bourbon.
Suddenly becomes savoury with oak, buttered corn and nutmeg.
