Bourbon

Single cask Glen moray single malt, distilled back in November 2007 and left to age in a bourbon barrel. A decade later, this cask was cracked open and the whisky was bottled by The Single Malts of Scotland, resulting in 217 bottles.
Pear, peach and Wine Gums. A touch of barley in the background gives it some vanilla-y earthiness.
Spicier on the palate, with nutmeg and ginger developing underneath the juicy fruit notes.
Lingering dried oak warmth mixed with vanilla ice-cream and melted butter.
