This was distilled at Glen Moray in October of 1994. It was then aged for 17 years before bottling for Duncan Taylor's Dimensions range in November 2011. This is Batch 0001.
Salty butter and sweet spices on the nose. Hints of soft smoke, aside a rich core of juicy malt and manuka honey.
Honeyed and sweet palate with notes of spices, particularly nutmeg. It develops with burnt sugar, hints of wood smoke and notes of the coast.
A long, spiced finish with butter and spice.
