    Good for the pricr

A very good single malt which is tasty to the tongue rich in flavour and refreshing

    Easy Drinking

After having the classic and the 12 year figured this was the logical next step. Quite a step up I must say, at 16 years it loses it's youthful spirity taste and becomes incredibly smooth and delicate. Definitely lots of toffee , bit of sweet orange peel, vanilla, salted caramel, and a hint of apple preserves with a nice long pleasant finish. I would probably give it a 9 if it were botled at 43% but it's only 40% so it gets an 8. Still good enough to where you don't need to mix it with pepsi I think ;). The Sugarbear

    Buy it

Umami was how will think of this dram. Mushroom the dominant character on the nose with a most pleasant liquorice/fennel note to clean everything up. Love distinctive notes in my drama and this certainly passes that test.

Similar to Balvenie Triple Cask 12y

The Balvenie TC has more subtle flavors but the flavors were more noticeable on the Glen Moray, Otherwise quite similar in flavor profile imo. Sherry, citrus, and very very smooth. (16 years, duh)
