Bourbon
A Càrn Mòr bottling of Glen Keith single malt, matured in one bourbon barrel for 29 years. The cask was filled in October 1988, emptied in August 2018 and bottled for the Celebration of the Cask range. Only 210 bottles were produced.
Cinnamon, nutmeg and custard tarts. A hint of lavender gives it an elegant touch.
Oak warmth builds, alongside coffee and croissant notes.
Sharp green apple balance by salted caramel and nutmeg again.
