A single malt Speysider from the Glen Keith Distillery, bottled by Alistair Walker for the Infrequent Flyers series. Distilled in 1993, this was matured for 28 years, including a finish in a rye cask, before bottling in March 2021. There was an outturn of 294 bottles from this single cask.
Almond croissants and banana with caramel sauce, lemon drizzle with wafts of tangy toasted oak.
Rich fruits, raisins, peach, and apricot with floral honey. Freshly baked sponge cake with a peppery kick.
Bold, sweet syrupy fruit, baking spice, and lingering pepper.
