Single cask Glen Keith single malt, independently bottled by Signatory for the Cask Strength Collection. This was aged in a bourbon barrel for 26 years, from June 1991 to January 2018, and then bottled with an outturn of just 198 bottles.
Melon, honey and waxy orange peels. A hint of charred oak brings some light smokiness to the nose.
Layers of vanilla, apricot and oily walnut.
Slowly building warmth of cinnamon and black pepper.
