The Valinch & Lost Lost Drams Collection is reserved for rare, exciting independently bottled whiskies aged for at least 20 years - just like this 25 year old Glen Keith single malt, aged in a single bourbon hogshead from 1991 to 2016. 162 bottles were produced.
Earthy and slightly vegetal as it opens, though swiftly becomes fruity with apricot and peach.
Jaffa Cakes, brown sugar, a pinch of black pepper and sea salt.
A kick of red chilli.
