Distilled at Glen Keith in May 1997, this single malt spent the following two dozen years maturing in a pair of hogshead casks. In April 2022, the casks were opened by the team at Signatory, independently releasing a total of 518 bottles for its Cask Strength Collection.
Crisp orchard fruits, honey, and banana chips, with delicately floral malt and creamy white chocolate.
Nutty, honeyed baklava, jam tarts, and toasted marzipan lead to prickles of peppery warmth, and resinous oak beneath.
Fragrant anise is balanced by vanilla pod and praline, with warming allspice and peppercorns in tow.
