Glen Keith 24yo 1997 Bottling Note

Distilled at Glen Keith in May 1997, this single malt spent the following two dozen years maturing in a pair of hogshead casks. In April 2022, the casks were opened by the team at Signatory, independently releasing a total of 518 bottles for its Cask Strength Collection.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Crisp orchard fruits, honey, and banana chips, with delicately floral malt and creamy white chocolate.

Palate: Nutty, honeyed baklava, jam tarts, and toasted marzipan lead to prickles of peppery warmth, and resinous oak beneath.

Finish: Fragrant anise is balanced by vanilla pod and praline, with warming allspice and peppercorns in tow.
