This right here is a 24 year old Glen Keith single malt Scotch whisky, which we've gone and bottled up as part of our Single Cask Series. It was matured in a bourbon hogshead from March 1992 to July 2016, when it was bottled at cask strength with no additional colours or chill-filtration whatsoever.
Fragrant barley, dried grass and coriander. Subtle sweetness of mint chocolate macarons. Develops an almost meaty note or two later on.
Mouthwatering apricot and almond pastries, followed by fresh melon and double cream. Bread & butter pudding. There's a very light savoury note hiding on the mid-palate, too.
Honeydew melon juiciness lasts. Maybe a hint of fudge.

incredibly delicious. The sweetness is all upfront - this is much more like a 'dry-old-fashioned' than anything else I've ever tasted. There are some real agave notes towards the end, but these are not prominent.
