A single cask Glen Keith, distilled in 1995. The Speysider saw 23 years in a single refill bourbon cask before independent bottler Adelphi cracked the cask open in 2019. The single malt was bottled at natural cask strength, 60.5% ABV, without colouring or chillfiltering, with a limited release of 138 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Aromas of apple skin, fresh toast slathered with apricot jam and salted butter and a sprinkle of baking spice.
Palate
White chocolate covered flapjack, apple blossom and toasty malt, warming oak spice and floral tea.
Finish
Cloudy honey, eucalyptus and candied lime peel.
