Description
Single cask Glen Keith, distilled in 1995 and left to mature in a bourbon hogshead until 2017. This was independently bottled by Malts of Scotland with a small outturn of just 290 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Oat biscuits covered in honey, with a few white chocolate chips thrown in for good measure.
Palate
Starts to get fruitier on the palate, with notes of yellow plum and dried apple developing.
Finish
Pear and gooseberry crumble. Red chilli and golden syrup.
