A cracking bottling from Càrn Mòr, this eight-year-old expression joins the independent Strictly Limited series. Distilled at Glen Keith and matured in Oloroso sherry casks between 2013 and 2022, only 1,816 bottles were released. A fab choice for fans of well-sherried whisky lovers!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Syrupy biscuits, fruity wafts of apple peel, and soaked sultanas with melted milk chocolate.
Palate
Bold barley leads the way softened by sweet orchard honey. Candied fruits and nuts build, with prickles of warming ginger and clove.
Finish
Juicy baked fruits with a good helping of cinnamon, underlying hints of garden herbs.
