Bourbon
A fantastic Glen Grant single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled up Càrn Mòr for the Celebration of the Cask range. It was distilled in April 1994 and set aside to age in a single bourbon barrel for an impressive 27 years. Following that, in August 2021, it was bottled up at cask strength, with an outturn of just 172 bottles.
Buttered crumpets, mahogany, jammy sultanas, a little dusting of nutmeg and just a smidge of new leather.
Gingersnaps, milk chocolate, cassia and clove, sultanas again alongside with some dried peels.
Softly oaky on the finish, plus a hint of chocolate digestive biscuits dipped in tea.
