Stunningly well-aged Speyside single malt from Glen Grant here, distilled in May 1995 and rested in a pair of bourbon barrels for over a quarter of a century. In April 2022, at the ripe old age of 26 years, Signatory decided to bottle it up, with a release of 384 bottles for the Cask Strength Collection at 45.8% ABV.
Orange loaf cake and vanilla buttercream, with woody sweetness and fresh blueberry.
Marmalade, peaches and cream, spiced custard, and fried banana.
Stewed apple, cinnamon butter, and oak char.
