This single malt was distilled at Glen Grant in 2000 and spent a generous 25 years maturing in a single first fill oloroso sherry butt. The cask was opened by Signatory in 2025, releasing 679 bottles at a robust 56.8% ABV for its independent Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection.
