Nose
Sweet malt and spices on the nose, with notes of buttery toffee and cinnamon.
Palate
A touch of sherry, vanilla custard, nutmeg and plum wine. Full of complexity.
Finish
Sweet spices on the tail, with a little clove and plum skin.
