A darkly hued Glen Grant, distilled in 1974 and aged in cask 7643 for 37 years before bottling in 2012. Really fabulous stuff, at natural cask strength!
Incredibly deep and dark, sticky sherried peels, prunes, dates, damson, raisins, sweet spices, cardamom and pipe tobacco.
Fruity and rich, big and bold too with black pepper and prune juice, a touch of smoke, barrel char and port wine.
Long and rich, tangy and bitter with cocoa and oak.
