This 7 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Glen Garioch was matured in a refill hogshead in January 2010, before being bottled at 48% ABV by Douglas Laing for the Clan Denny range in June 2017. From cask 11892, this Glen Garioch is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. 448 bottles were produced.
Nose Honey'd barley, soon moving on to caramels and freshly cut grass.
Palate Nutty initially, with crunchy malt, developing sweetness and a crackle of spice.
Finish Creamy vanilla and slightly spiced with white pepper.
