Single cask single malt from the marvellous Glen Garioch, independently bottled by the also marvellous Càrn Mòr. The whisky was distilled in 2011 and set aside to age in a sherry puncheon (if you've never seen a sherry puncheon - they're huge and they smell amazing) for 6 years, until it was bottled as part of the Strictly Limited range in 2018. 776 bottles were produced.
Clean grassy notes arrive first, before layers of runny molasses and malt loaf.
Clove and black pepper, with chocolatey malt and dried cherry along for the ride.
Soft wafts of citrus blossom juxtaposed with spicy cinnamon.
