Bourbon
A Càrn Mòr bottling of 27 year old Glen Garioch single malt, which was aged in a single bourbon barrel from March 1991 to April 2018. Following maturation, it was bottled for the Celebration of the Cask range, with only 204 bottles produced.
Malt, orange peel, kumquat and cedar.
Apricot, lemon and green apple notes appear first, before heavy treacle and honey notes develop.
Soft tobacco and chocolate peanut notes.
