From the Silver Seal Whisky is Class...ical range comes a 25 year old Glen Garioch single malt, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2016. This bottling features an homage to La Norma by Vincenzo Bellini on the label (all of the other Whisky is Class...ical bottlings feature operas on the labels too). A release of 243 bottles.
Nose: Barley fields, honey-nut cornflakes, brown sugar and hibiscus.
Palate: Chewy dates and waxy orange peel, with a light touch of charred oak warmth.
Finish: Liquorice and a waft of dried flower petal elegance.
