An independent bottling of Glen Garioch from Signatory Vintage that matured in a single hogshead for over 25 years. Distilled (filled) on 9th April 1990, it was bottled (disgorged) on 2nd November 2015. 239 bottles were produced at natural cask strength.
Malty with orchard fruit and caramel in support.
Vanilla, fresh gooseberries, pepper and more maltiness. A hint of espresso develops.
Oak, still a fruitiness persists and even a touch of smoke.
