Chorlton’s first Glen Garioch comes from a single first-fill bourbon barrel, showing the Highland distillery’s fruit-forward side in full force. Bottled at cask strength with no filtration or colouring – only 248 bottles were produced.
Apricot danish, lemon sherbet, icing sugar and fresh malt.
Peach cobbler, lemon zest, buttery pastry and a dash of salt.
Bright and balanced with vanilla cream, citrus oils and a faint oak spice echo.
