Palate Sweet with notes of pear drops, candyfloss, charred pineapple, orange cordial, barley water, charred oak, vanilla, kaffir lime leaf and touches of Gordal olives.
Finish Really love the candyfloss note! Some flint, oak, spice, and ripe kiwi.
