Nose
Quite green and grassy. Fresh peat. Soft hay, cereals, tangy zest.
Palate
Rich, winter spice, malt. Wood smoke, walnut.
Finish
Quite long, coffee, honey on buttered toast, touch of bitter dark chocolate on the tail.
