Single Malt
Scotland

A smoky Glen Elgin, made with unpeated single malt! How did that happen? Well, the Speysider was finished in a refill bourbon hogshead which previously held peated Islay whisky, giving a dose of savoury smokiness to the spirit's usual fruitiness – hence why when it was bottled it up, Murray McDavid named it Smoke & Citrus.
Juicy citrus, candied ginger, and coastal smoke, with wood char in tow.
Fresh blueberry, sweet malt, and smouldering bonfire smoke.
Charred lemon peel, runny honey, and sweet smoke on the tail end.
