At the end of 2025, the team at That Boutique-y Whisky Company delved through the treasures in their warehouse and chose a handful of the best single casks to bottle for a limited edition series. This glorious single malt from Glen Elgin made the cut!

This single malt matured for a total of nine years, finishing with a stay in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, bringing dark, sweet spice and sticky toffee to the honeyed malt and elegant florals at its core. A release of 420 bottles.

That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blends, all adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels. The brand won Spirits Bottler of the Year at the 2023 Spirits Business Awards, and Blender of the Year went to Sam Simmons, captain of the Boutique-y clan who oversees every one of these releases.
