Sumptuously sherried Glen Elgin from indie bottler The Single Cask. Distilled in March 2013, it was matured for nine years, including a finishing period in a single moscatel sherry octave. Evenetually it was bottled in May 2022, with just 67 bottles released at 58.8% ABV.
Spiced, stewed pear, with clove-studded orange, and caramel malt.
Earthy baking spices, caramelised banana, and heaps of dried fruit.
A generous dusting of more baking spices, alongside mint chocolate.
