What a lovely scene on the label of That Boutique-y Whisky Company's very first independent bottling of 25 year old Glen Elgin single malt. A peaceful Scottish Glen on a particularly clement afternoon, observed by Lord Elgin and his trusty steed. However, it looks like the Lord is literally losing his marbles - they're falling out of the horse's saddlebags!
Batch 1 is a release of 315 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Nose
Honey'd cereals and fresh clementines. A heaped spoonful of brown sugar.
Palate
Yet more honey, now with zesty tropical fruit notes underneath. Ginger snaps and strawberry liquorice.
Finish
Oak-y warmth begins to develop on the finish, with layers of vanilla in support.
