A 15 year old Glen Elgin single malt, independently bottled by Hannah Whisky Merchants for the Lady of the Glen range. This one was initially matured in bourbon casks being being finished in a single Tawny Port cask for four months. A release of 300 bottles.
Coffee and walnut cake, a soft hint of toasted rye bread with some blackcurrant jam.
Vanilla tablet, more blackcurrant jam, now paired with red apple and greengages.
Spicy malt and oak, with a hint of toffee.
