Single Malt
Scotland
1 May 2007
6 Nov 2020

From the Glen Elgin Distillery comes a 13 year old single malt, matured in a pair of hogshead casks from May 2007 to November 2020. Following that slumber, Signatory came along and bottled the whisky up for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection, and as such, not a drop of it was chill-filtered. Not. A. Drop.
Sponge cake with fresh cream, savoury oatcakes and a hint of new leather.
Brown sugar, grist, honeycomb, cedar and a splash of fresh clementine. Some peppery notes develop later on.
Toasted bread and spicy oak.
