This Glen Elgin single malt was distilled in 2011 and left to mature for over a decade, including a finishing period in first-fill tawny Port barrel. Eventually it was bottled by The Single Cask at 11 years old, with just 65 limited bottles released at a cask strength of 54.6& ABV.
Cinnamon rolls, berry jam, and tart currants.
Toasted oak, dulche de leche, sticky dried fruit, and raspberry coulis.
Spiced fudge and chocolate raisins.
