Distilled at Glen Elgin in 2010, this glorious single malt was matured in an ex-bourbon cask for 11 years. After this time, the folks at Alistair Walker squeezed the cask as hard as they could to extract precisely 99 bottles, released as part of the Infrequent Flyers collection.

Nose
Buttery baked apples, cinnamon buns with vanilla icing, and a touch of dried straw.
Palate
Vanilla fudge, a smidge of banana, zesty lemon cake, nutmeg.
Finish
Oily and nutty on the finish, with toffee, malty stone fruit, and toasted oak.
