An independent bottling of Glen Elgin single malt Scotch whisky, distilled back in 2009 and set aside to age in first-fill hogshead casks for 11 years. In 2021, it was bottled up by Càrn Mòr for the Strictly Limited range, with 526 bottles produced.
Cooked apple, butterscotch, dusty oak, liquorice, very slightly floral.
More orchard fruit - pear and peach now. Upside-down cake, black tea, nutmeg.
Softly herbaceous, with a hint of dried fruit.
